How does NP Care operate?
Nursing facility presents NP Care as a Supplemental
Medical Service to
patients and families upon
admission and at family council meetings:
- Contract with Nursing facility
- Medical Staff integration
- NP Care bills “Part B” medical services
- Embed Nurse Practitioner into facility
- In-service to staff on “NP Supplemental Medical Services”
- Collaborative agreement with NP Care and Medical Director
(and/or other MDs)
